Pet-Friendly Accommodation at Woodhall

Whether you’re after a luxury lodge with a hot tub, a cosy woodland cabin or a pitch for your caravan or motorhome, we have pet-friendly options across all our accommodation types. Nearly half of our lodges, cabins and glamping pods welcome up to two pets per unit, so the whole family, four-legged members included, can enjoy a proper Lincolnshire break together.

Our pet-friendly accommodation includes:

On-Site for Dogs

We’ve thought about what makes a stay genuinely comfortable for dogs and their owners:

Woodland walks on site

The park sits within 80 acres of peaceful woodland, giving you and your dog beautiful walking routes right from your accommodation, no need to drive anywhere on day one.

Dog wash point

After a muddy walk through the woods or a trip to the Lincolnshire countryside, our on-site dog wash point means your dog (and your lodge) stays clean.

Molly & Bob’s local picks

Check your welcome folder on arrival for our own dogs’ favourite nearby walks and dog-friendly spots, a little local knowledge that makes a big difference.

We do ask that dogs are kept on leads at all times whilst on the park, including outside your accommodation, as our grounds are not fully enclosed.

Dog-Friendly Days Out in Lincolnshire

Woodhall Country Park is brilliantly placed for exploring Lincolnshire with your dog. Here are some of the best dog-friendly days out within easy reach:

  • Woodhall Spa Village – 1 mile. A beautiful Victorian spa village with independent cafes, a deli, a butcher and a greengrocers. Several of the cafes welcome well-behaved dogs, and the village is an easy woodland walk from the park.
  • The Spa Trail. A three-mile traffic-free cycling and walking trail along the old Horncastle to Woodhall Junction Railway, connecting to the Viking Way long-distance route. Access is just a short walk from the park gate, perfect for a long morning with the dog.
  • The Water Rail Way. A 33-mile trail connecting Lincoln to Boston along the River Witham, with access around one mile from the park. Flat, well-surfaced and excellent for dogs of all ages and sizes.
  • Lincolnshire Wolds AONB – 10 miles. Rolling chalk hills and quiet country lanes, with miles of footpaths and bridleways ideal for longer walks with your dog.
  • Tattershall Castle – 7 miles. The National Trust’s magnificent 15th-century brick tower welcomes dogs in the grounds. A great afternoon out.
