Woodhall Country Park is a holiday park which offers camping, touring, glamping & self-catering lodge & cabin holidays. Our guests’ enjoyment and safety is paramount and therefore we ask you to read the following Terms and Conditions before making your booking.
We reserve the right to ask guests who contravene these terms and conditions or, who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other guests, to leave the park immediately. In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you and a refund will not be provided.
We seek to provide the very best service to all our guests and have a specially prepared access statement available which describes the facilities we have to offer on the park. This includes a copy of our Terms and Conditions. If you would like a copy, or wish to discuss any other special needs, please make our booking staff aware.
When you make a booking you are accepting, on behalf of your party, the terms of these booking conditions. You as the party leader are responsible for making payments due to us. A binding contract comes into existence once we have received your deposit and we have issued a hire invoice. The contract shall be deemed to have been made by our offices and be subject to English Law. We agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. In all cases these booking conditions form the basis of your contract. We advise you to take out your own personal holiday insurance before making any bookings. You must check your hire invoice and booking acceptance as well as any other documents we send you carefully as soon as you receive them. If any of the information is incorrect you must notify us within 48 hours of making your booking. We regret we cannot accept liability if we are not notified within 48 hours of us sending the documents out.
Bookings can be made in the following ways:
The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation or pitch as advertised by us. Children under 2 may or may not be counted as member of your party depending on the cabin or lodge. At least one member of your party must be over the age of 18. The park is suitable for families and couples, we do not take any single sex group bookings including hen parties, stag groups.
Woodhall Country Park refuses to permit anyone who is to your knowledge a convicted child sex offender or is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (‘on the sex offenders register’) to use or visit the Woodhall Country Park.
Please see the individual accommodation listings to check if bed linen and towels are provided, this may differ depending on the accommodation type. All linen is the property of Woodhall Country Park and must be left in your accommodation on departure.
Lodge & Cabin check-in time is from 4pm and check out is 10am on the day of your departure. Camping, Pods & Hideaway check-in time is from 3pm and check out is 10am on the day of your departure.
Touring & Camping pitch check-in time is from 1pm and check out is 11am on the day of your departure.
If you wish to check in after 5pm please call the park to make your check in arrangements. The very latest check in time is 8pm.
A card pre-authorisation must be taken prior to check. This will be used as a security deposit for any damages or loss of keys and fobs. If you choose to depart outside of reception hours then post your keys through the reception letterbox. Check in times are subject to unavoidable delays.

You are liable to us for any damage and breakages caused in the accommodation during the period of hire. We have the right to enter any accommodation (without prior notice if this is not practical or possible) if special circumstances or emergencies arise (for example if repairs need to be carried out). Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. A charge of £100 per room will be applied if there is evidence of smoking in your accommodation. Deep clean charges may apply if the accommodation is left in an unacceptable condition or items such as carpets need cleaning.
Once you have made your booking and paid a non refundable deposit of up to 30%, the price of the holiday will not be subject to any change unless the rate of VAT changes. If the price of your stay is less than £50 payment will be required in full.
The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 28 days before the start date. If the balance is not paid by the due date found on your booking summary then we are entitled to cancel the holiday and retain your deposit.
We keep our prices on a live system and under constant review, the prices of unsold accommodation or pitches may be increased or decreased at any time. Any written quoted prices are valid for 24 hours and we cannot amend booking prices once they are confirmed unless there are changes to government charges or taxes.
You may cancel your holiday at any time. Cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by us in writing. However cancellation charges are payable as follows:

After you have paid your deposit/balance you may wish to change some elements of the holiday, e.g. number of people or lead name. This can be done by telephoning us on 01526 353710 or email info@woodhallcountrypark.co.uk. Substantial changes, such as a change of holiday date will be subject to an administration charge of £10 per alteration. It is not possible to change the dates with less than 28 day’s notice for all accommodation or 14 days notice for touring pitches. Changes are subject to the managers discretion.
If for any circumstances of ‘force majeure’ we may have to cancel your booking. If we do this we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative accommodation or pitch or a change of date in the next 12 months. We regret we cannot pay any compensation or meet any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation. Such circumstances include but are not limited to the destruction or damage of your accommodation or pitch which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfied standard before the start of your holiday through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage or any similar event beyond our control.
We do not expect to have to make changes to your booking. However, sometimes problems happen, and bookings have to be changed or mistakes corrected. If we do we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical. We will explain what has happened and let you know about the change. However we will have no further liability to you.
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw amenities, facilities or any activities without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to repairs, maintenance, weather conditions and circumstances beyond our control.
By making a booking with us you have entered into a contract in which you undertake, on behalf of yourself and all people in your party. We reserve the right to refuse to handover accommodation keys, ban from entry or remove from the park without any right to a refund if the unreasonable behavior of anyone in the holiday party is likely to cause offence, impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests or members of staff.
We ask that you and your party:
You may book in up to 4 visitors to the site per day. All visitors must report to reception on arrival. We do ask that all visitors must leave the site by 11pm and are best to park any vehicles at reception unless you are not using your parking spaces at your accommodation. Please use your barrier fob if your guests wish to depart after 5pm. We reserve the right to ask any visitors to leave the site immediately if they do not comply with the site terms & conditions.
We take the wellbeing and safety of our guests very seriously and we ask that you comply with the following:

You must tell us if you are bringing any pets and pay the appropriate charge when you make your booking. Animals other than dogs can only be accepted with permission from us first.
If you bring your dog with you when you stay with us we ask that you:
We reserve the right to require that the owner removes their dog, or any other pet, from the park if it is a nuisance or danger to other guests. Government banned dog breads will not be permitted on the park.
Open fires are not permitted apart from the cabins designated fire pit area.
Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is strictly prohibited and the natural conditions are not to be disturbed.
We ask you to respect the parks wildlife and nature, as the park is home to many different species of fish, animals, insects and flora and fauna.
Please recycle your waste in the appropriate containers in the areas provided.
Please note that should you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates there is no guarantee that the same accommodation or pitch will be available.
The use of Wifi is governed by the Terms & Conditions as outlined on the Camping Connect website. Woodhall Country Park takes no responsibility for website content & advises parents to supervise children and set up parental controls to safeguard their activity.
It is regretted that no refunds can be given if guests depart prior to the end of the booked holiday, unless they do so as the result of the breach of some obligation on our part which would justify cancelling the holiday.
The prices listed include VAT.
The information you supply on booking will be stored on computer for administrative purposes. Under no circumstances will this information be provided to a third party. We may from time to time wish to send you news of special offers on our park. If you do not wish to receive any communication from us please inform us at the time of booking. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1984 the signing of the Declaration on the Booking signifies your consent to these terms.
The Park owners will take all reasonable precautions to protect cars from damage but shall not be responsible for loss or accidental damage except as a result of a breach of an obligation on their part. All cars are left at the owner’s risk.
Please advise us if you are likely to arrive later than 6.00pm. If we have not heard from you within 48 hours of your expected arrival we reserve the right to re-let your lodge.
Every endeavor will be made to allocate guests the lodge of their choice, however, it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch, lodge or cabin.
If you have a complaint about anything during your holiday please raise it with a member of our staff immediately and if you wish to pursue it following your departure please write to us within 28 days of your departure. However, we do suggest that you try and complete a report about the complaint while you are on the park.
Except where otherwise specified in these Booking conditions we cannot accept liability for any damage, expense, injury, death or loss of nature what so ever suffered by any person(s) from any cause what so ever other than, in the case of proven negligence. This clause does not attempt to exclude negligence or breach of statutory duty.
